Hyatt Experience

Today, I need to say goodbye to Pennye and Tony. It’s sad to say but I need to transfer to another homestay. I’m very thankful for my wonderful homestay for them. They are all very nice and they treat me as their son.

On the other hand, Ingrid picks me up and brought me to Hyatt Residency Hotel for my golf lesson. When we arrived on the Hyatt Resort they welcomed me and I really appreciate it. Unfortunately I can’t have my golf stuff because the golf clinic is open at 9:30 and we are so very late. But it’s ok for me and I really appreciate Ingrid’s effort. Great thanks ;D

I looked around with the resort and it is very huge place. You need to ride on the shuttle, but they encourage clients to walk because it is a good exercise also. The resort is very beautiful and for me this is one of the best resorts I ever had. I explore and browse the place and I have seen the spa center with yoga room and gym for body builder. I have gone back to my room and change my clothes to experience the gym and spa here at Hyatt.

Wow, it is all free and I really love it. I go to gym for 1 hour and another hour for my spa which is I gone to Jacuzzi spa and Sauna. After that, I have gone for 60 mins therapeutic massage done by a very beautiful lady. She’s very good therapist and I forgot to ask her name. =)

I go back to my room and have a sleep to relax.

In the evening I have met Sheryl and her husband Dennis for a free dinner at Bruchetta Bar and Restaurant. The restaurant is very formal and high class. I have ordered my favourite sea food with wine. I have a great conversation with Sheryl and Dennis. They are all nice and lovely, and I feel that I’m the luckiest guy in the world to have this amazing price. Dennis and Sheryl meet their friends in the restaurant unpredictable and I also meet them and they are all lovely. It’s is almost 15 years they don’t meet with each other so I feel great because they meet because of me. I enjoy looking them talking and I also dram that someday I will have the same friends that will stay with me even when I get old.

Let me thank GOD for the wonderful day he made today!

And..I have meet these nice and gorgeous people. :))

It’s Doddle Thing!

Today is a very self-fulfilling day and I’m so very inspired with lots of nice and generous people I have met. I went to school early in the morning from Bli Bli to Maroochy. Thanks for Leonard, my co-housemate from Papua New Guine who take time to bring me in the near bus station here at Bli Bli. I went to the United Synergy Organisation and we have planned very inspiring doodle things to make a difference in the world and to unite Australia and Philippines as well. See you on Monday guys! I’m so very inspired to create my team also in the Philippines to help young out of school students and less fortunate for this kind of doodle thing. God planned all of this things and I really love to help other people also. Let me thank my buddy for this day Paul Francis, my very clever friend, who inspire me and teach me to make a difference. I’m looking forward; I know this is just a start.

Train Train Go Away

I woke up 6am in the morning and it’s raining outside. It’s usual to me because in the Philippines it rains a lot also. I fix myself and be ready because the bus will pick me up at 7:45am for my next venture. It’s time to have Storyline with Sunday Train Tours (“The Rattler Valley”) – Yeppppey. Momi Pennye woke up early also to prepare a something food of me to bring. I really love the homestay here at Sunshine Coast, they treated you like you belong to the family. Last night Momi Pennye said that I can pick any food in the refrigerator – WOW is it amazing right? hehe. But I don’t take it for granted because first and for most I don’t know how to prepare my food here at Aussie. All I can have every morning are toasted bread with butter and sometimes milk or coffee. LOL!

It’s already quarter pass 8 and Momi Pennye worried about my trip if it is cancel or not because it’s raining. Suddenly, someone ring me and a beautiful voice of a woman speak me that the buss is coming for a couple of minutes. And here it is., she is absolutely true!
Valley Rattler – “ALL ABOARD” heading north Gympie we board the valley rattler steam train for a truly memorable trip travelling along one of Queensland scenic railways lines. Meandering to a small towns of Dagun, Amamoor and Kandaga before arriving at Imbil.
I browse the market stalls and watch the steam locomotive turnaround of the train for its return journey. I have watched also the re-inaction of the history of Gympie. It is a fun play with the seniors in Gympie.

We now rejoin our mini coach and travel via Brooloo through Bellbird country to Kenilworth for lunch. I love the taste of the chicken salad, thumbs up. Time spent wandering the main street will reveal the charm of this country Queensland town.

Next stop, at Little Yabba Creek rainforest walk where you’ll marvel at the gigantic Morton Bay fig trees. I really impress with the historical rain forest national park there. I have seen different kinds of gigantic figs and trees. Some grows couple of years ago and some are little the starves sunlight but in the end they fall down.
I have enjoyed the trip all day while staring the scenery on the way home. Cheers! At last I have already went at Imbil, Kenilworth, and Gympie because Momi Anne said that if I went to that mentioned towns I can say that I already seen the whole Sunshine Coast Queensland. It is great right?

I would like to thank Storyline Tours trip for today and to all my tourmate united nations! I really enjoy your company! Thumbs Up to Ralph the driver, you rock my world! =)

Introductory Diving Lesson

Friday the 16th of March, kneeboarding at GoWake, Bli Bli. Still jealous to those sophisticated kids and teens. They are all amazing and expert, but as what I have found out most of them spend 2 hours to practice every day and that’s why they encourage me also to practice more =). And that is not possible for my schedule here. HEHE

Oppps! Tony is here, the husband of Pennye where I have been staying. He drove me to my next destination, an introductory diving class at SUNREEF Mooloolaba. Sounds Great right?

After one hour of waiting, Greg the boss of Sun Reef welcomed me and introduced me to my instructor Matt. Matt is very friendly and easy-going. He let me to watch a DVD about basic diving lesson and have signed the PADI waiver. Then, I have changed to diving attire and go to our next destination for my diving lesson at the swimming pool near also in the Mooloolaba. When everything is done and ready, the diving lesson started. The air tank is very heavy at my back and I don’t have any choice, I need to lift it up to the pool. I have learned a lot of skills, the sign language underwater, the techniques how to used equipment, how to balanced ear pressure etc.,

Instructor Matt is highly experienced and very professional diver and I idolize him under the water. He swims very ease and smooth. He shared his swimming exhibition and teach me how to go up and go down. I’m excited to witness the whole new world under the sea, words familiar? That is a title of a two songs from little mermaid. LOL! BAM! I will Dive at the EXHMAS BRISBANE which has fast become one of the Australia’s top dives sites.

Thanks instructor Matt for sharing what you have. Cheers!

Bike On Hire

Today even if it is raining here at the Sunshine Coast, still I enjoy my stay here. It looks like naturally soothing to me. Early in the morning lovely Sheryl pick me up at Pennye’s house for school. I had a wonderful sleep and everything is ok. Let me thank God and praise him for the wonderful day he made.

Excited for school at Sea English Academy because we are having more classmates each day! Even if someone says goodbyes, there is someone says hello also. Another ex-student back at SEA, He is Han from Korea! Anyong! hehe He is friendly also and crazy like me.

Mid in the afternoon, I need to leave in the class and said goodbye to get my bike at Bike-On Hire, Tewantin. It is funny because I, Momi Anne, and Megan had challenged of how we can fit the big mountain bike in the car. We had a great team work and Momi Anne is very wise. Even if she is wearing a tidy formal dress, she is on-the-go of lifting the bike. Luckily we did it!

Success! Thank you very much Bike On Hire.

Yeppey Diving tomorrow at Sun Reef!

The Sebel

Last night I have talked with GOD and I have talked myself. Why I am so very lucky to won this kind of competition? Why so many people talking to me here in the Sunshine Coast how do I find myself as a popular even if I didn’t feel it on my part. I have lots of reflection that night and everything is answered in one statement. “I have a purpose in the world and GODs plan everything of it”
I have my one night stayed here in “The Sebel” , a famous five star hotel here at Moololaba, Sunshine Coast. I can say that I am lucky because lots of executives and friends here said “You’re lucky, actually I haven’t been there”. When I first saw my room and looked around the hotel, I am speechless and it deserves to have five stars.

The place is very peaceful and I spend my one night here very unwind and I feel no pressure about it. Me, Megan and Anne eat a Thai food on the terrace with beach and buildings in our background and that is just like I feel that I’m so very rich LOL. I have whispered to myself, If this is my life everyday, this is just like I’m the owner of this building =D

When Anne and Megan went back home and they let me to have relax here alone in the hotel I miss my family, no place like home. I try to go downstairs to alter my being homesick and have my swimming relaxation at the SPA pool. Woooooot!

Try to look the place and you will be jealous.. =D

Long way Journey at Hinterland

Maybe I can say that this day I have already seen the whole Sunshine Coast – I don’t think so? I have a long tour this day and it is fantastic. I have said goodbye to my first mother host Momi Meryl at the Brightwater. Today is my last day of staying for her house and I will miss Shany her dog and the ice cream every night while watching MKR “My Kitchen Rule”. I have learnt lot of things from Momi Sheryl since she is very open to me to share her life, family and experiences in life.

The Sun Air Bus is coming! I stop for being emotional and I continue my journey at Sunshine Coast.

I have met Paul, a very friendly driver and he drove me for my first ever long way tour. With me is Megan and she accompany me for my trip. Actually, we are eleven passenger and at the same time tourists who have a tour today. Some are from New Zealand, England, and Philippines (me), some are in other part of Australia.
Our first stop is on the Ginger Factory, where the world’s finest ginger is located here. While walking for the entrance of the factory there’s a lady approaching to us for a free taste of ginger candy and it was good. The place is awesome because there’s a lot of Australian souvenirs stores, Coffee, at the same time factories, including a chocolate factory. Me and Megan ride on their mini train for a small tour for the place.

We went also to the Nutworks and I was amazed with the nuts here at Aussie. I have tasted Macadamia Nuts for free, and it’s very yummy without any doubt, bought a one pack of it. Macadamia Nuts is a very famous nuts here in Queensland. It is made in Queensland and we have plantation here at Sunshine Coast and it is located on the way going to Maleny. It is also the most expensive nuts in the world, it is amazing.

Our next destination is going to Mapleton. We visit the Mapleton National Park where the Mapleton Falls located. The wind is very cool and you feel the natural and refreshing breeze of the trees. The view is very beautiful and very relaxing, it just like you are near in the clouds and you see the mountains, the trees and birds – I thought I was Tarzan.

We have taken our lunch on the Montville town and we look around the place to find something to eat. I have my massive lunch for today – yes very huge burger.

Our next stop is on the Maleny town where we visit the Maleny Winery. The place is excellent and there is a big barrel restaurant where you will taste some samples of wine. Theirs is also souvenirs store and antique things inside. I have taken shots of the view outside, the mountain that I haven’t got snap on it while we are riding in the bus.

I really enjoy my trip and it is naturally refreshing. Mr. Paul drove me at The Sebel where I will gonna sleep for tonight. Yes, The Sebel, a very famous 5 star hotel here in the Sunshine Coast. I’m so very lucky, it is amazing isn’t it?

An Awesome Jet Ski Experience

I woke up early this morning for a very pleasure moment. Doing my first Jet Ski splash in the water and it is courtesy by Ocean Jet Ski at the The Wharf, Moloolaba. Momi Meryl dropped me at Kawana Shopping Center and I took a bus going to Moloolaba. This is my second time to ride in a bus and I concentrate much with the map and the street name so that I will not get lost again. After thirty minutes of traveling, I arrived at the Hut Hire and it is still close, I’m early for the said time, so I wait for a couple of minutes.

I have looked around the place and I go near to the sea, the waves are so light and I can feel slowly the breeze of the air from the ocean. Even if I have stiff neck and muscle pain on my both arm, it was a very relaxing morning. I go back to the store and I have seen that it is already open and I enter to introduce my name. I have met Debbie, a beautiful girl and she let me read and sign the waiver for jet skiing.

They are so very friendly and nice to me and in my two weeks of staying here in Sunshine Coast, I haven’t seen here a grumpy sales lady / clerk. I have changed my clothes and start my Jet Ski journey.

Mr. Pascal rides me in the Jet Ski to teach the basic of it and about dos and don’ts. I’m very excited to start my first Jet Ski moment and I’m very thankful to God for this morning. After a couple of minutes, Mr. Tod, a very friendly instructor orient us the basic rules and the boundary map for jet skiing. We are three riders for this morning and the other with me is couple. Then we arrived to the ocean and….BAM! Brooooooooooooooom!

Wooooooooooooooooooooooooooo! Yeah! Wow! Awesome! – Yes I’m shouting and everything that you will hear to me is that particular expressions. I really enjoy it and it was so FANTASTIC!

Thanks to Ocean Jet Ski, I really enjoy your treat.
