Vientiane Laos To Udon Thani Thailand Entry/Exit Status 2022 (for LaoCals Kabayan)

From Vientiane to Nong Khai Border to Udon Thani

Hello everyone, backpackers, commuters, adventurers, or anybody you call yourself. As a traveler, I want to share with you the exit status from Vientiane to Udon Thani via bus.

What we did first was we rode a bus from Central Bus Station (paste in google map -> XJ78+94 Vientiane) at Talat Sao. You can order a ticket at the back for 47,000 LAK or 85 THB. After you have access the bus’s final destination is Udon Thani. No need for you to ride anything. They will wait for you from Nongkai Border and all you need to do is go for immigration, prepare immigration forms, line up and ride the bus again. Very convenient and very straightforward. We exit on Nov 7, 2022, we don’t pay anything we only pay the bus fees.

From Udon Thani to Nong Khai Border to Vientiane

When we go back from Udon Thani going to Vientiane we choose a separate route. Actually, you can buy a bus ticket in Udon Thani Bus Terminal 1 when you go back for (85 THB the same price)(paste it in google map -> CR32+65 Udon Thani, Mueang Udon Thani District, Udon Thani, Thailand). Because the time is not aligned with our visit there, we choose to ride a van. It cost 55 THB to ride a van from Central Plaza Udon to Nong Khai Border ONLY. After immigration, you need to ride another bus and pass by the friendship bridge for 35 THB. If you bring a lot of baggage the transfer is quite a hassle. Then after you finish and clear all the immigration requirements, you need to find arrange a ride going to back to Vientiane. It’s like a lot of steps to do but it’s adventurous (If you are hehe). Not unlike when you ride a bus your final destination is in Central Bus Station near Vientiane Center.

It is not an accident that you are called to do service in choir and cfc and I know God really plan it for you in mysterious ways. I’m so happy also to be with you in service with the Lord and the universe. Keep it up and I support you all the way. Thank you for everything for your understanding and love.

'3 Signs That You’re Ready To Level Up Your Passion

3 Signs That You’re Ready To Level Up Your Passion

2019 is a very challenging year for me. It is not only that I shifted my dance career into the next level but also living a new life in Vientiane Laos is like a reset button for me. I accept the offer to teach dance in one of the prestigious international schools, the Vientiane Pattana School international. I thought I will only teach dance like the usual things that I do but I didn’t expect that I will become director of their yearly show every June. It is a very challenging offer and the only thing I always think that everything happens for a reason. I told myself that maybe this is the next level and the universe is preparing me for something big that will happen in my life. I’m always flexible to any changes as long as I have a growth on every move I take.

VLOG!! VANG VIENG TRIP: From Vientiane [Commuters and Backpackers]

Vang Vieng escapade

It’s my first time going to Vang Vieng so I search on the internet before I travel. Please search by yourself and all information I posted here is based on my own understanding, comfort and budget.

Commuters and backpackers this is for you!!

Take bus 🚌 number 8 from central bus station near Vientiane Center going to Northern Bus Station. I leave exactly 11:00 am and the bus leave every 30mins.
fare: 5000 kip.

I arrived at Northern Bus Terminal around 12:45 the bus take so long coz of bus stops which I definitely understand. Then I take mini van with 15 people inside and it costs 50,000 kip.

I arrived at Vang Vieng around 4:30pm. Its a tough ride coz the road is so curvy and will make your stomach sick so I advice to bring some sweets or white flower in case you will vomit. 2 passengers vomit along the the road, ewww, dirk haha.

The van drop me at the vang vieng center near buddhist temple and you can see a lot of backpackers dormitory along the road. Its is good if you haven’t book your accommodation coz you have lots of options when you arrive here. My experience I have booked in booking.com, the one that no need to pay via credit and it says you will pay in the counter when you arrived. In my case i just want a reservation so that I can cancel it whenever I can find a good one [bad backpacker sorry]. So yeah I end up staying at the Chillao beside the Buddhist temple. Its very cheap, good service and well accommodating. I pay 40,000 kip for one night and with FREE BREAKFAST already (Opps don’t expect a grand buffet from). Awoooot! Clap clap 👏

After I check i ready myself, wash my face and change clothes then start exploring every street of Vang Vieng. Boom!

I saw the sunset, the lake, family happy doing kayaking, the street foods, bars and the most important is the best temple with awesome scenery background ahhhhh.

I booked my day trip for tomorrow heres the following
Full day trip 9am to 5pm
Kayaking
Elephant Cave
Water Cave
Lunch
Kayaking
Blue Lagoon
Cost: 150,000 kip

If you want to know more about my trip just leave me a private message and I can answer your question. Enjoy at mabuhay ka!
