Introduction to Barista Course
Do you drink coffee? Do you like it? or Do you love to drink coffee? Well, me? I don’t LIKE coffee, I LOVE coffee. I started drinking coffee since first year college it awakens me to study and playing computer. HAHA!
Today, I upgraded my career and another additional lines to be added in my resume. I have finished the introduction to Barista course. Even if it just an introduction course I’m very much pleased and happy for the the course.. I learn lots of things about coffee, the importance of it, how to keep it fresh and also the importance of serving quality coffee to people.
I have learned also how to operate the machine, to grind a coffee and the extraction process. I have learned to make frothy steamed milk to be mixed in the coffee which is the most challenging part.
What would you like Maa, Sir? Cappucino? Latte? Short Black? Or Long Black? After 4 hours of demonstration of making coffee, I have learned lots of things and so much interested to build my own coffee shop in future in the Philippines. Cheers!
