Night 30
The women are relieved to have voted out Troyzan, and with Tarzan being the last man standing but not much of a threat, they start to consider which woman to vote out first. Alicia in particular noticed that Christina isn’t particularly competent in Tribal Council, possibly translating to an easy victory if anyone took Christina to the end. Sabrina on the other hand has been very eloquent, which makes her a threat in Alicia’s mind. Alicia remains in belief that she is controlling the game, despite the position Kim and Chelsea are in within the girls alliance.
Day 31
The Tikiano tribe receives a Sprint smart phone in treemail, containing video messages from each of their loved ones. Most notably, the health of Christina’s father as well as Tarzan’s marriage with his wife become topics of conversation. Sabrina feels that if anyone gets an opportunity to take people on a reward, they should take Christina and Tarzan. Kat on the other hand is more focused on going on a reward after Kim deciding not to choose her previously.
Day 32
Day 33
Sabrina was the first to drop out of the Immunity Challenge, followed by Tarzan, Alicia, and Christina. Chelsea dropped out after a strong effort. When it was just between Kat and Kim, Kat became frustrated that Kim was doing so well, desperate to win her first Immunity Challenge. Kim ignored her and remained focused. Ultimately Kat dropped out and Kim won her second individual immunity in a row. The tribe congratulated both of them for their efforts, and Kim offered Kat a high five, only for Kat to vocalized her frustration that she couldn’t get the win. The strong performance from Kat and weak one from Sabrina started to change Alicia and Kim’s perceptions of who the biggest threat is. Alicia, Kim, and Chelsea go back and forth on which of the two to target. Chelsea adamantly supported Sabrina, saying that Kat’s actions needed to be punished and that Sabrina had been loyal to them throughout the game. Kat was the topic during most of the Tribal Council. Though Kat admitted she did not make the best strategic choices, she did not regret taking Kim and Alicia on reward. The contestants and Jeff felt that Kat showed her youth and naivety at the Reward Challenge, which frustrated Chelsea saying that 22 is not that young, and she should be held accountable just as anyone else would be. At the end of the discussion, Kat claimed she was hoping for a blindside because “blindsides are fun.” Indeed, a blindside did occur, but against Kat in a unanimous 6-1 vote. A sad Kat would then leave the Tribal Council area, where Jeff Probst would warn “if it could happen to her, it can happen to you.”
